Q: Is Stain Free safe to be applied in my home?
A: Completely. Stain Free is non-toxic, hypo-allergenic
Q: Will Stain Free come off when I have my furnishings professionally cleaned?
A: Our lab studies have shown that a fabric treated with Stain Free will go through 30 washings in a washing machine and 6 dry cleanings without losing effectiveness in resisting stains. Home furnishings would rarely receive that much cleaning in their lifetime.
Q: What do I do if I have a spill or spot on my treated furniture or carpet?
A: For spills blot off liquid with clean, dry, white cloth. If there is any residue left, refer to our stain removal guide for correct product and order using our toll free number (866) 667-6685. If you have service warranty use above number to have our technician professionally attempt removal.
Q: What is the difference if I apply Stain Free myself or have it applied professionally by an Ultra-Guard technician?
A: Only when you have Ultra-Guard do the application, does the service warranty apply.
Q: Will Stain Free discolor or change the feel of the fabric?
A: Some fabric protectors can “yellow” fabric (particularly rudimentary silicone solutions).
Stain Free is a clear polymer and will not change the color or the feel of the fabric.
Q: Some fabrics come pretreated – isn’t that enough?
A: Pretreatments are easily removed by use and cleaning.
Stain Free may be used on pretreated fabrics to provide a permanent protection.
Q: What about pretreated carpet?
A: Just as in fabric, carpet treatments have a limited lifetime. The Stain Free treatment is warranteed not to come off.
Q: Should I have slipcovers treated?
A: The idea behind using slipcovers is being able to clean them easily in the washing machine. They are not stain resistant and the Stain Free treatment will last through 30 such washings.
Q: Can you apply Stain Free to all types of fabric?
A: Yes, we treat all fabrics; wool, chenille, silk, cotton, exotic rugs, etc. We also have a special guard for both suede and leather.

A: Call our toll free number. All of our Technicians are certified to clean all types of fabric, including wool, silk, chenille, etc. We will give you a price over the phone for what you want cleaned and schedule the work.
